I can go the distance...

Hi there,

Blogging or just writing for me is a struggle and a journey. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. I want to thank everyone who has accompanied me on my travels in SL. It may have been painful to see. I know I'm not the best photographer and I don't blog often enough. Now, I will try and be a more dedicated artist. I can go the distance.

L love SL makeup. It's so easy to put on! So for this blog post, I'm wearing SlackGirl FlowerMakeup and Mayra in Summer available at the Marvelous Monthly event. Mayra is a stylish dress that comes in 5 colors: Summer, Autumn, Spring, Bright, and Winter. Marvelous Monthly opens on June 4th 12pm SLT until June 30th 3pm SLT; this is the second round.

The FlowerMakeup is on a tatoo layer for the default avatar head. The good thing about this is that you don't have to be wearing appliers with a head and/or a neck tattoo so no one will see the seam between the head and the neck.

The hair is a sculpted hair from Lelutka, Belle. It's from 2012 I think, inspired by Belle. It's still one of my favorites. I just need a better hairbase to wear with it. Besides that, it's a great style for a classic look.

The dress is summery and fun. The hem goes a little past the news. For those who like prints, you'll love it. It even has a nice belt to cinch the waist. It looks chic and slimming.

Making a return to blogging

Hi lovelies! I am making a return to blogging. It has been awhile and I know I have missed it. But I knew I needed to focus on my self improvement in the world where I am the typist. Lots of things have been going on in my life. I will not be blogging like before. It will be an infrequent thing but a much needed process that allows me to be creative. It is a type of escape from the rigid requirements that real life can impose on us adults. I have recently created a new shape for the Lelutka Nova head. It is a pretty cool mesh head. Lelutka keeps on improving their mesh heads.  I named my shape Alex . https://flickr.com/photos/victorialenoirre/50906268631/in/dateposted/ Really loving how it turned out. I think my shape creating ability has improved a bunch. After my current class ends in May, I want to start creating shapes for the Lelutka Evo X heads. I am excited to try one out. Take care, V. On the Edge of Something

Hi lovelies! I'm back with another fashion blog post. I present, Zetta, a dress from SlackGirl for the June round of WEIB. It's a monthly sales event that sells items that come with appliers. The taxi for WEIB is here . This is such a lovely shade of teal. There are appliers for TMP, Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya. The dress comes in 5 colors. Teal, black, red, black and pink. Her photo is here . I am wearing the Maitreya version. The applier layers are in the Maitreya loader HUD. There is a separate package with the skirt panels and system layers if you don't want to wear a mesh body. This is such a sexy dress. I feel like a vixen. The Return of Victoria Lenoirre and a new pose!

Hi lovelies! Sorry I've been away so long! My trip was great, but afterwards I got sick. I recovered sometime last week and I finally got inspired to create again. My newest pose is called Stay. It is based on the Rihanna song which features Mikky Echo. I'm really proud of how this photo turned out. I like the water effect a lot. The purple and blue tones create and intensify a sadness that I felt in the song and in the official music video for Stay. Waves come and go and do not stay for more than a minute. The setting for this photo is probably one of the best places I've taken a photo at. Great how that worked out, isn't it? Here's what I wrote at marketplace: A sensual, tender pose inspired by the song Stay by Rihanna. It's such a sad song about wanting to be loved and not wanting to be left behind. I tried to capture that sense of wanting to hold on and not letting go with this pose. Arms are bent into the body, one hand on one arm. The other h...
