A new day has come...

Hey, today is my birthday! I feel fortunate to be alive and well. I am happy that my family is supportive of what I do and I know that I am loved. I am grateful for the friends who are there for me and for the joy they bring into my life. Life is rough and has been hard but I know that I am not alone. If I just focus on the bright points, then it will not seem that bad. Music and art can get me through the tough times. Life is dark but as we all know, the dark cannot exist without light.


This year has brought changes to my life. I am back at school for Accounting and as you can see, I'm blogging more. I really want to prove to myself that I can be more dedicated to blogging and photography. Self expression is so important to me. Every thing I write here feels fresh and it is as though a new day has come. And yes, I love that Celine Dion song. I grew up listening to a lot of her powerful ballads. She is just amazing and she rose to the top and became a hit and also helped to support her family.

The pose is from Bent! for a liquidation sale many years ago. Bent! is not around anymore. This is just one of the poses in the Essential pack. It is nice to dust off items that have been ignored for awhile.

Making a return to blogging

Hi lovelies! I am making a return to blogging. It has been awhile and I know I have missed it. But I knew I needed to focus on my self improvement in the world where I am the typist. Lots of things have been going on in my life. I will not be blogging like before. It will be an infrequent thing but a much needed process that allows me to be creative. On the Edge of Something

Hi lovelies! I'm back with another fashion blog post. I present, Zetta, a dress from SlackGirl for the June round of WEIB. It's a monthly sales event that sells items that come with appliers. The taxi for WEIB is here . This is such a lovely shade of teal. There are appliers for TMP, Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya. The dress comes in 5 colors. Teal, black, red, black and pink. Her photo is here . I am wearing the Maitreya version. The applier layers are in the Maitreya loader HUD. There is a separate package with the skirt panels and system layers if you don't want to wear a mesh body. This is such a sexy dress. I feel like a vixen. The Return of Victoria Lenoirre and a new pose!

Hi lovelies! Sorry I've been away so long! My trip was great, but afterwards I got sick. I recovered sometime last week and I finally got inspired to create again. My newest pose is called Stay. It is based on the Rihanna song which features Mikky Echo. I'm really proud of how this photo turned out. I like the water effect a lot. The purple and blue tones create and intensify a sadness that I felt in the song and in the official music video for Stay. Waves come and go and do not stay for more than a minute. The setting for this photo is probably one of the best places I've taken a photo at. Great how that worked out, isn't it?
