Variposa

Hi lovelies! I have just released the I'm Listening pose, the second pose in the Brinda's Namaste Collection. I modelled it after the AO she used and it really fit her personality. Go here to see it: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Salt%20Creek/177/229/22 Have fun and happy travels! Go Back To This Site

Hi lovelies! Wow, I've been busy! I've been planing and scheming about what I'll do in the future. If you recall, I mentioned that my oldest SL friend passed away. I miss her keenly and I hope she is very happy wherever she is. To honor her and my memory of her, I am creating a line in her name. I'm calling it Brinda's Namaste Collection. In Hindi when you say Namaste, you are telling someone that you honor their soul and in turn, you honor the goodness in them. Brinda always respected good, talented, and smart people in here. She encouraged me in my animating endeavors and in so many other aspects of my life. She inspired love and respect in countless people in SL. We all feel the loss deeply. This is where you can see my newest release and pictures of her and some of my other friends on the walls: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Salt%20Creek/183/238/2 Namaste, be well, Vic Go Back To This Site

Earlier this week a dear friend of mine, brinda Allen, died in her sleep. She was only 69. I miss her profoundly. She has been like a mother and beloved friend to so many. My latest blog entry can be found at the link that says "Lady's Personal Blog". For this monday, my Feminine Sit pose will be set for 30L at Salt Creek. The LM can be found in earlier entries. Be well. Vic Go Back To This Site

Hi lovelies! Sorry for not updating soon enough. It has been busy with me. I have 2 bits of news though. They concern the animations I made. I am done with the 2 I told you about, however they weren't up to par. Though with animations, if you don't have an actual model to go by...it's a hit or miss thing. The "crazy" animation, was probably closest to being acceptable. But, it was just a little stiff. I will put it out into a pose stand in a few days. The bellydance move was not satisfactory. It had snake arms, some swivelling, and belly thrusting, but I guess it wasn't enough. I'm thinking of making my own belly dance animations for my own pleasure. I'd like to get more movement in the legs...travelling across the room or at least a few meters. It is a challenge but a fun one! Perhaps someday I'll make another crazy animation. I might have more ideas up my sleeve. ;-) I will try to post again soon. I need to transfer some files to thi...

Hi lovelies! Guess what? I have started making animations. I'm working on 2, both are custom animations. The most challenging one is a belly dance animation. It must be sultry, sensuous...and realistic! I'm using Qavimator. I'm still learning Blender. Fortunately, I know a little about belly dancing technique. It helps me to watch youtube videos, but I also know how it's supposed to look when I try the move myself. What animator doesn't try the pose/animation while they're creating? When I finish, I'll put it in a animation stand at my store. I'm so excited to see how it'll turn out! Just a cool illustration I found by googling belly dance. Go Back To This Site

Hi lovelies! Did I mention I'm in the Monday Midnight Mania group? Well if I didn't, I apologize. I have posted a few of my poses in that group a few times already. I think I joined the group last month. It's a great group owned by Kiera Seda. I'll post the group URL later. This monday, Moody Sit will be available for 30L! That's less than half the regular price! So come over and see it. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Salt%20Creek/177/229/22. If you like it, then purchase it. Have fun and take care! Hi lovelies! Days ago I filled out some forms to be added to some SL feeds. I'm so excited! I've just been added to the SL Chic Critique blog! There should be a linkback at the end of this entry and a link for them is on my sidebar. Oh happy day! I'll write to you soon! Go Back To My Site
