Suavecito is about a smooth, cultured and confident man who knows who he is and knows what he wants out of life. He is suave. The pose was made using the Slink Physique male body. It may not fit the Aesthetic body. Julio might get that body someday, if his finances improve. It is a big investment. Permissions are copy and modify only. Hey everyone! I hope that you are all keeping warm if your country is cold and you are safe, wherever you are. Before I introduce my pose, I want to apologize ahead of time. The pose is inspired by a sad or angry song. The song brings me back to a time in life when I was frustrated, depressed and trying to find my identity. The song is by Linkin Park, In the end. The line goes, "In the end...it didn't even matter." It has never been one of my favorites but the lyrics have always gotten to my heart. We all remember trying hard to achieve something and we don't always achieve what we set out to do. Some of us get angry and rant, while others of us cry or withdraw into ourselves and try to accept it. I hope that you accept failure when you face it, instead of fighting it. We cannot always win. Hey everyone! I am back with a new pose for the men, Faraway Dreams pose! I liked the faraway look of this pose after I finished positioning all the limbs. Then I remembered a line from an Aerosmith song, "while you're faraway and dreaming..." from their song, "I don't want to miss a thing." The photo was taken in color but I ended up desaturating it and then adding in several hue/saturation layers to bring out the colors. It seems to be about a person who lives in a black & white world but his dreams are colorful and beckon him, though they are faraway. Hi everyone! Finally back with a new pose! I hope you didn't think I forgot about you! This is Thoughtful pose. It was made for men who are confident of themselves. This is a great casual photo for modelling. I love how it turned out. This pose was made to fit with the Slink male physique, EPOS Achilles body, Absolut Creations Adam body and the default avatar body. It should fit most normal sized male bodies. Hey I'm back and I have 2 announcements. First is that the A Night Before Voodoo hunt has started! The pose is out at my store and you just click the Voodoo face to receive it. I hope you like it! I am #20 on the list. The starting point is in Sugarplum . Second bit of news is that I have a brand new male pose out. I call it Photograph, the name is from the Ed Sheeran song of the same name. I think male bloggers and male models will like it. You got a tilt to one side and an arm extended out from the hips. It is elegant and suave. The hand at the hip is that way so that the fingers won't dig into the hip bone. They might if you wear thick jeans though. So this will work for tight pants. I am wearing the same pants from the Fashionnatic Vidor set. I am going low budget for awhile. I'll see about changing an outfit soonish. If you have any suggestions, let me know! Hey lovelies! I am proud to present a new pose for the men - I haven't forgotten about you. I just needed to find inspiration. This new pose is Sugar pose, inspired by the Maroon 5 song, Sugar. I just love the melody and beat of that song. Who else but Adam Levine could croon and make that song sound so suave? This is a great casual pose for males. With head held high and the body tilted to one side and legs planted wide apart, this pose exudes confidence and masculinity. Feel like a conqueror in this pose. Hi everyone! How's life? I hope that you all are doing well and feeling okay. I'm slowly developing my men pose line. I have a few older male poses. I have become more aware that the number of men poses out there is quite small. I thought of the reasons why and I understand them. But it's frustrating to search for men poses out there if only a few brands make poses specifically for men. I'm going to try my best to create as many as I can. This new one is called Back At One. It may sound familiar to some of you. There was this song that came out in 1999, sung by Brian McKnight. The song was on his 5th studio album. To me, this pose shows a relaxed, proud man who stands tall and strong. He is alone but out of choice. SLink hands are worn in the photo. Hey everyone! I hope you all are well. I made a new pose for men. It's called Confidence Man 2. I think the name fits it well. Imagine a man holding his hat and looking back at you steadily. That's how a confident man looks at others and the world. He is not afraid to look or be looked at. I just love this outfit on Julio. The fedora is from Every Pixel is Art, EPIA. The jacket is Prism For Men by Lam Erin, it's Bristol 2. Lam did a fabulous job with the fit and the texturing. Thank you, Lam! Hair is Akio by EXILE in the Raven tone. It's an older hair so it doesn't come with the fancy texture change HUD that I know you all like. It fit the best with the hat. There should be hat versions for more hair. The inspiration is that song by Jeff Healey and the reference image made me think of confidence and being comfortable in one's skin. Hi lovelies, March 8th is Women's Day, did you know that? A friend told me. I hope all you women felt especially valued that day. Since Cinderella Beautiful, I've started to pay attention to epia. Verone has some great designs. I got his suit from The Men's Dept for Julio, my malt. He just released a fedora; it is mesh and its position can be edited through the Edit menu. You can also resize it by touching it for a menu. The menu even has a color change option. I knew I had to buy it. This hat is unisex too. I might get another one for Vic. :-) When I see or think of a fedora I am reminded of men like Humphrey Bogart or Clark Gable, men who are polite and charming. They might tip their hat to a lady they walk past on the street. This pose is for the men. I call it Take A Bow. It might fit for women too. He is lost in thought, but relaxed. He looks confident and comfortable with himself, despite his surroundings. I love how this came out in GIMP. The dark gray cloud, the glittering sea. I know how hard it is to find good male poses that aren't in a couples set. And not a lot of pose makers focus on male poses.
